CPDfy is a continuing professional development management platform built and operated by Deep Diagnostics (Pvt) Ltd, Sri Lanka.
What We Do
CPDfy gives professional bodies, training institutions, hospitals, universities and accredited providers a single system to run the full lifecycle of a CPD activity — from registration through to a verifiable certificate in the participant's hands.
The Platform
- Events — publish CPD activities with programme details, banners, descriptions and public event pages.
- Dynamic forms — build registration, attendance and feedback forms with a visual builder, protected email verification, and controlled submission windows.
- Certificates — design templates with precisely positioned elements, then generate certificates in PDF and PNG, individually or in bulk.
- Verification — every certificate carries a cryptographic signature and a verification record, so any third party can confirm authenticity without contacting the issuer.
- Digital badges — issue portable, standards-based credentials with metadata embedded directly in the certificate image.
- Participant management — track attendance across an event, export records, and issue or revoke certificates in bulk.
- Organisation profiles — a public presence showing accreditation status, upcoming events and issued credentials.
Why Verification Matters
A CPD certificate is only as valuable as the trust placed in it. Paper certificates and unsecured PDFs are trivial to forge, and regulators, employers and licensing bodies increasingly require proof that a credential is genuine.
Every certificate issued through CPDfy is cryptographically signed at the point of issuance and recorded on the platform. Anyone holding the certificate can verify it instantly, and any alteration is detectable. Issuing organisations retain the ability to revoke a certificate where it was issued in error. Certificate integrity is governed by our Platform Regulations, and breaches carry real consequences.

- Integrity first. The value of the platform rests on the trustworthiness of what it issues. We enforce our Regulations.
- Data protection by design. Organisation workspaces are isolated, access is role-based, and we collect only what is necessary. We operate under Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022.
- Built for the region. Designed around how professional bodies and accrediting authorities in Sri Lanka and South Asia actually work.
- Provider-owned data. Your participant data is yours. We process it on your instructions, and we do not sell it or use it for our own marketing.
Who We Work With
CPDfy supports professional associations and colleges, medical and healthcare institutions, universities and training providers, regulatory and accrediting bodies, and corporate learning and development teams.
Becoming a Provider
Provider accounts are activated manually after verification. Registration is followed by submission of a completed Organisation Registration Agreement, along with proof of accreditation and the authority of the representative signing on the organisation's behalf. This step exists deliberately — it is what allows a CPDfy certificate to mean something.
